The best support system I have for being superhero is Sen, my little Bunny-Rabbit-Man. I like to share meals with him , eating as a family, hehe :)

I would not want to feed him processed or highly seasoned food, so this helps keep me superhero too.

He sits at the kitchen doorway (he doesnt like the tile) while I cook, and I give him raw veggies to munch. Then we usually end up eating together on the living room floor :) Hey, Im a college student after all, floor-meals are legit.

Sen is more superhero than me though, he doesnt even like tomatos! He loves dehydrated buckwheat groats the best, and even sticks his head under the flow when I pour them into a bowl for us!
