I'm a little confused about wakame, because in alicia's book she says that it's super rich in vitamins and minerals. But looking at the back of the bag (I bought two different ones and they both have the same info)..it says it has only 4% Calcium and 4% Iron (as opposed to nori, which is 50% and 70%!! though i dunno if that's respectively, but you get the drift) Also, it's indicated that there is 0% Vitamin A and C. So where's the health benefit?? I don't want to eat this yucky stuff for nothing lol.
