want to love food again!

Hi everyone!


I've been seriously flirting with becoming vegan for almost a year, trying to build a loving relationship with food and regain balance mentally and spiritually...it has been a long struggle...any tips on how to continue this gentle transition? x

I've heard a few people on an intuitive eating forum i visit talk about a book called Mindful Eating Mindful Life.

I haven't personally read it, but i read alot on intuitive eating, and trust the people who mentioned it, lol! I will get round to getting it at some point!



Oh and "Eating In The Light of The Moon" is a book i have red and would recommend.

Only 2 and a half months, but funnily enough, it's come out of finding a place of peace with my body and wanting to nurture it. Vegan seems a logical step, and is so easy! (Superhero less easy, but I'm getting there!)
