I've been seriously flirting with becoming vegan for almost a year, trying to build a loving relationship with food and regain balance mentally and spiritually...it has been a long struggle...any tips on how to continue this gentle transition? x
Only 2 and a half months, but funnily enough, it's come out of finding a place of peace with my body and wanting to nurture it. Vegan seems a logical step, and is so easy! (Superhero less easy, but I'm getting there!)
