Im dying to try Alicia's crispy tofu slices with the orange dipping sauce. I just cant find an 8oz package of baked tofu. I live in southern california... I tried ralphs no luck and also whole foods ( they had a package of 2 tofu's baked that were 1/4 thick but Id have to buy a ton of them for the recipe). Im in serach of the 8oz package where I cut the slices myself.... Has anyone found them?

This is the kind I used: http://www.westsoytofu.com/products/baked-tofu.html (the West Soy Teriyaki flavor). One package is 8 oz. They have it at most of my health food stores and Whole Foods, but I am in Colorado. One package seemed to do it for us - I think I just used the little triangles the way they were, although I may have cut them in half again... its been awhile. That's the really the only kind of baked tofu I've seen!

Yes! The recipe was a huge hit, especially with my kids. I really should make it again soon, actually! Glad you found the baked tofu!
