Hi everyone! I love to workout at home and really want to get into yoga. I've gone to the studio a bunch of times, but it can get pricey. Do you have any yoga DVD recommendations? I've done the Jillian Michaels one a few times, but I'm not a huge fan. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks! :)

I've bought Maya Fiennes Detox and Destress kundalini yoga, and I like it. Only done a few times, but I've enjoyed it

Thanks so much for all of the suggestions. You've been so helpful! :)

(And I'm glad that I'm not the only one who doesn't find Jillian's DVD to be very relaxing!)

I like Rodney Yee's AM Yoga. It has 5 different workouts, each under 30 minutes. They're not advanced workouts, but a great way to start or end your day. I agree, Jillian's DVD isn't relaxing, but it's great if I feel like doing something a little different.

Danielle- Rodney Yee's DVD sounds good. I'm definitely not advanced, so they might be perfect for my level.

Any yoga journal dvds are wonderful. I love them all. I also like to make my own sequences. They have a page on the YJ website that you can make your own and print them off. That and some relaxing music is wondeful. Then you can go right into your daily meditation when you are finished with your practice. Love yoga....it is truly life changing! Good luck!!!!

Peace....love....and veggies!!!!!

Hi Erin!

For years, I have enjoyed Gaiam Living Arts' TOTAL YOGA. In fact, I've enjoyed it for so long, that I have my original copy on VHS tape! :-)

It's about 60 minutes long but I have found that one can just do the first 30 minutes and feel benefits from it.

I have found that I when I practice this at night, I sleep incredibly deep and sound. And if I do it in the morning, I feel "blissed" out all day long!

Namaste,

Moe

I like Yogaworks Body Slim. It's fairly challenging and the instructor is great.
