Skin problems

Hii guys!

I've been a vegan for about 2 months now, moving towards something like a superhero diet, but I currently eat what I would say is typical vegan food. Healthy and a lot of veggies. No crappy food like fries and such, although I sometimes eat a little bit of sugar... But that's nothing new, been doing that even before I went vegan smiley-wink.gif

Anyway, I have a problem. My skin is behaving really weird since I started eating vegan food only. I've always had GREAT skin, but now it's full of blisters and pimples. It's dry and fat at the same time? I don't get it! Have any of you experienced anthing like this?

Small price to pay since I love everything about being a vegan, but I also miss my skin...

PS. I'm from Sweden so pardon me if I've spelled something wrong, hope you can understand me though smiley-laughing.gif

Would be so grateful for some inputs!
Love,
Ava

Hi Terra,

Thanks for you response! I'm not sure if I'm drinking enough water, some days I think not, but I'm not drinking any less water than I used to before I went vegan... And I'm not taking any supplement, I want to try and get everything I need from food, and I feel great except for the skin... Perhaps I should try and find some vegan omega 3... Where I live I think most omega 3 supplements are made from fish, and I don't want to eat that... :)

I will try drinking more water and find some vegan omega 3 and see if it gets any better from waiting... For how long do you believe the "detox period" goes on?
