Durum wheat semolina

Can someone please tell me if this type of pasta made out of durum wheat semolina is vegan? I looked it up and am even more confused. I bought pasta from Costco that is labeled as organic, but the label states Made from 100% organic durum wheat semolina.


Can someone please provide me with clarification? I'm not sure if I should keep this or give to my sister.
