I need your help! I have an almost 4 year old son and he is severly allergic to peanuts, treenuts, sesame,mustard, peas,pumpkin seeds,all melons, all squashes and eggs. I have been vegan for 8years and before that vegetarian for 17years. Can he eat a vegan diet? I have been giving him some dairy because I dont know what to feed him, its a nightmare! any advice will be greatly appreciated my kind friends! also many mock meats are made with sesame oil or mustard flour and I have to avoid companies that make food in the same facility as pn/tn because he is severly allergic. This is a vegans nightmare! Thankfull my 14 month old daughter shows no signs of allergies and is thriving off a vegan diet and breastmilk!
