Thanksgiving Help!

So I'm looking for a recipe that's vegan and gluten-free for Thanksgiving. I'm wanting something with tofu for a main dish, but it's been difficult finding because I need gluten-free and a lot of recipes I've found are involving seitan.



Anyone out there come across or have made a yummy vegan, GF main course for Thanksgiving or another holiday?

This is more of a side, but it's so yummy AND pretty that you have use it as a feature. Just switch out the flour in the gravy for conrnstarch: http://www.marystestkitchen.com/2011/10/vegan-thanksgiving-2011-roasted-eggplant-with-cornbread-stuffing/
