Hi Kind Lifers! I am looking for a good 2012 planner. something recycled and if possible, has notes on how to live an eco-friendly lifestyle (a lot of planners nowadays have notes on them) I wanna start my year right by purchasing a planner that stands for what I (and we) believe in. I have been using the same brand of planner since 2007 and realized that it no longer reflected my passion in life.

suggestions please!!! please tell me what planner you're using right now...thank you!

Silver Lining is pretty good, but hard to find online. In summary, they are in alignment with sustainable manufacturing practices & renewable resources... reducing pollution, preserving endangered forests by using 100% recycled paper tha is bleached w/o chlorine. Using soy based inks, shrink wrapped packaging contains no pvc & other materials are made from recycled materials. they are a member of the green press initiative... new leaf paper. This is the best one I found last year. just starting to look for a new one this year... if you've found something that seems better... more local, please let me know :)

you're right, i tried to find it but can't. that's really cool, i haven't found any, unfortunately. it sounds like a good one. by the way, i am having a vacation here in California and went to staples for some notebooks. i bought some from Sustainable Earth. will bring some to my friends back home. inks are made of soy, made from recycled materials too. it's a plain notebook (with lines) so im just gonna use it for note-taking or journaling. the planner that i have now is a local planner from the philippines. it's almost 2012!!! 2012 planners and calendars can be used finally! :) i hope you're able to find one for yourself soon.
