I just have read this puppy Semmy's story from Korean community dog resuced website in CA. Semmy is rescued and have sent to here in US . He is safe and recovering. But the story of him was horrifed me. I am a korean american and I know some Korean ( not all of them ) are eating dog. I guess I was always horrified whenever I heard the restaurants and people who going to eat dogs but I never see the restaurant and never feel close issue to me since I never even think about to eating dog. I am horrified and scared to death after read Semmy's story. I want to do something for these poor poor puppies and dogs. This is a crazy things I never heard before.
