Vegan Pregnancy Sample Menus?

Has anyone ever found a good sample menu of a week's (or even a month's) worth of vegan meals that cover all the nutrition bases during pregnancy? I've found about a zillion references for individual substitutions, general recommendations and personal anecdotes, but the only actual full-on meal plans I've been able to find are vegetarian at best so they obviously include all kinds of dairy and eggs.

I'm actually surprised that I haven't been able to find one and a little worried that I can't find any certified doc or nutritionist is willing to vouch for a full-on vegan pregnancy meal plan. I'm not really looking for personal recommendations as I've gotten plenty of those as well. But I'd really like to be able to show my mom and hubs that I'm working off a meal plan from some credible medical resource. It'd go a long way to keeping peace in the house =)

Anyway, if anyone knows of such a thing, please do share!

Thanks all!

Definitely check out PCRM- they are a group of physician's and they have a sample vegan meal plan for pregancy. It's great. The links are all on my site that I just created for veg parents.... www.RaisingVegKids.com Good luck!
