I am looking for help with the Kind Diet's Peacan Crusted Seitan. I understand the recipe but the picture shows pasta with some kind of sauce. Do I cook the remaining marinade and put it over some pasta? Help please.
I'm pretty sure that the picture in the book shows the seitan on top of the Rustic Pasta (recipe also in the book). At least that's what I always assumed it was, since the description of the rustic pasta talks about it being a good accompaniment to the seitan. They are good together, I've made it that way; but the seitan recipe would be great with a ton of different sides :)
