Vegan baking cookbook suggestions

I finally realized that I can't consume after a year of terrible stomach aches. I'm feeling much better now that I've stopped and am at the almost-vegan point. Yay me!


But my girlfriend is a huge baker (and I have a major sweet tooth), so this is a big adjustment for our house. What are your favorite vegan baking cookbooks?

Oops. I just realized I forgot to put "dairy" in my original post. Apparently I'm REALLY trying to avoid it, by not even mentioning the word. smiley-tongue-out.gif
