if thats the maplesyrup cayenne and water thing, ugh i tried it and major fail. ive heard great results except once they ate real food they gained it back, but i just wanted to debloat and was only gonna do it for like 2-3days and day 1 was easy, day 2 i got half way through and i could not even finish i was gettin so sick of the drink bc idc wat anyone says it stinks after having like a gallon of it and then just having to have more and more, but like i said ive heard great results otherwise, my little cleanse i do now just to fit better in dresses or wat not, i have green smoothies for lunch and breakfast and a salad with hummus and all mixed veggies i try to keep beans limited and i do that for a couple days and im good and its great because its yummy lol

Hi, I just wanted to encourage you about the master cleanse, a.k.a. lemonade diet. I'm currently doing the cleanse again for the 5th time, (my first cleanse was in January 2009) each time has been successful, this isn't a diet like to loose weight as much as a cleanse to detox your body so that when you do start eating solid food again you can eat a clean diet, instead of the yukky junk so many of us are accustomed to eating. For me and I think many other people its also a mental detox as well, 'out with the old in with the new' its a great way to prove you have self-discipline and not giving in to pressure. If you are still interested in my success just send me an email here.

I find it hard to think it's kind to deprive your body of vital nutrients for such a long period of time...
