Hi! I am a Filipina visiting my family in Anaheim, CA. I am only here for a short holiday so I do not have my own car to bring to Acton. Is there anyone here who is willing to go to Animal Acres in Acton with me? I am willing to go there by car or train or cab. I will be returning to my country by February and I do not want to miss this opportunity to visit a farm here. I am a a 'flirt' and would like to expose myself to farm animals while I am here. Back in the Philippines, I live in the city area.

I contacted the Project Coordinator of Animal Acres and this is what she said:

We are open to the public every Sunday with tours at 11am and 1pm. Tours are $5 per guest and are approximately 45 minutes to an hour long (self-guided tours are not available). Unfortunately, there are no buses that travel to Acton but you can take the Metrolink into Acton. The station is 7 miles from Animal Acres, however, so you would need to arrange a taxi cab from the station to the sanctuary as there is no other public transportation available from the Metrolink.
