Vegan Supper Club

My friend and i are thinking about starting a monthly vegan supper club in our smalll town. Besides she and I, I don't know any other vegans who live here although I'm sure there are some. I am wondering where to start. Any ideas? Anyone a member of a supper club? I'd love to hear about your experiences.
