Hello! I stumbled upon Alicia's book by accident the other day at the book store, and I have to say what a Divine intervention it has been already! I knew I wanted to go back to a plant based diet for the new year (and the rest of my life), but I wanted some help, motivation, and inspiration. The Kind Diet has definitely offered that and more already, and joining this site I hope will offer more motivation and inspiration.
If anyone has any pointers or tips - I'm ALL ears! I'd love to be able to connect with people on here and find a good support system among The Kind Life community.
You most definitely came to the right place for support ;) I have met some amazing people and learned so much in this community. You are going to love the Kind Diet. My tip is whole grains. Love em and use them all the time and it will help you transition to superhero if you want to in the future. If you've got any questions or just want to chat you know where to go ;)
