Just wanted to let all the the vegan eaters and fitness fanatics aout there know that P90X just released part two with a Vegan booklet, guide to a new way of eating for best results for shredding fat while following the program. Big eye opener for me, little adjustment but I'm following it

Oh, thanks for the heads-up! I posted about going vegan after gastric bypass (hard to meet the protein requirements of 50-70g per day), but I'm guessing any eating plan that could get you through p90x has plenty of protein! Gonna check it out.
It's a limited list but I'm meeting the requirements unfortunately with supplements and soy and I'm noticing minor changes already after 9 days
Did anyone have any luck? I am so discouraged? I am in week 9 of p 90x as a vegan and I have only lost 4 lbs and I am working out like a fiend! Im so depressed about it. My body fat percentage has also only fluctuated 1%
