Mochi Waffles for New Years Brunch

I tried the Mochi Waffles from Alicia's book. I didn't believe they would turn out like the picture but like magic they turned out perfect! Mochi is amazing and very filling! Simply fabulous!!! Happy New Years!!!

I want to give them another go. The first time I did the mochi I thought they were awful and had no flavor. I need to experiment with these again for sure, but sounds like it could be a good way to do a quick sweet like dessert/snack
