I have been vegan since this last summer and I just found out today that I am allergic to soy, peanuts, basil, and pistachios. I'm allergic to much more but these are the food products I showed positive for. I find it very hard to eliminate these products while being vegan I wouldn't like to go back to vegetarian. Any suggestions?

Missing out Soy in a vegan diet can make things harder but it isn't impossible. Try and look for some new recipes if you are bored, many vegan recipes can be made with gluten free grains and beans/legumes. Remember the fruits and vegetables, you will be able to get the bulk of your nutrition through these, pending you eat enough.

There is no reason for a vegan diet to be boring, if its sweet treat like foods you want you will find many of these are both gluten and soy free.
