Liver Flush Myths
interesting. Ive intended on doing the olive oil/lemon juice method but I wont now.
My mom had her gall bladder removed many years ago and years later she was having terrible symptoms of pain, nausea and dizziness, etc...after months of testing it was found she had a plugged bile duct. I wonder what was plugging since she aready had the organ removed? Maybe I dont have all the facts straight. In any event, the symptoms were awful and the procedures to diagnose it and remove it were nasty too. Nothing I would want to play around with.
There are a number of different causes for plugged bile duct, gallstones being the most common but cysts, inflammation, tumors are among some of the other causes.
Pending you don't have serious liver or gallbladder disease then bitter herbs on the back of the tongue is one of the best ways to cleanse the liver.
