I found I don't wake up screaming anymore, if I eliminate certain foods from my diet. Remember, even after you stop eating whats bad for you, it could take days before anything changes.

If you find yourself sleepy when you shouldn't be, you have a food allergy. Things you weren't allergic to before, you can suddenly become allergic too. If you crave anything at all, then you are addicted to something in it, and should avoid it(chocolate, orange juice, things with certain unnatural food additives, etc).



They have a brand of Rice Krispies which is made from brown rice, has far less sugar, and no gluten. It says "Gluten free" on the box. I've recently been eating it dry, no milk or anything needed.



I wasted a lot of money and tried a lot of supplements over the years. No matter how good any of them sound, it probably won't work on you. I now just take my once a day megavitamin, plus Omega 3 for mental and heart health.
