Fatigue and too much weight loss help.

Hello,
I'm a 6' tall, 36 year old male whose's been vegan for about 5 months now. For the last 2-3 months I've been having problems with fatigue and weight loss. I get especially lightheaded and dizzy when doing my normal gym exercise. Before the diet change I was about 147lbs and now I'm around 138lbs. People say I look tired and emaciated. I've been eating as much as I can without getting sick and eat sometimes 6 times a day. I snack on nuts, fruits, seeds and nut butters. I take B12 suppliments as well vitamin D and calcium. I eat whole foods and vary my foods quite a bit. I make sure to eat beans, green veggies and grains such as quinoa. I've recently been using Sunwarrior protein to help gain weight back. It's been 2 weeks now and I haven't gained anything and I'm still feeling exhausted. I also have sensations of hot or cold in my hands and feet or feel cold all over quite often.
I'm about to go to my doctor to get tested for anemia and vitamin deficiencies. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I believe in the vegan lifestyle and do not want to go back to eating animal products. However, I don't want to feel like this anymore.
Thanks.
I would advise you to go to your doctor. Have you tried keeping a food diary to make sure you are getting enough calories and protien each day?
I made an appointment for tomorrow evening with the doc. Doctors really tend to frown on the vegan diet. I had an ENT doc tell me just a few days ago that all of my problems are because I don't eat meat protein. As far as a food diary, I haven't, but I can assure you I get a lot of protein and between 2000-2500 calories a day. Confusing indeed.
