Hey,

I've been vegan for quite a while now but recently my boyfriend has also made a switch. I've never ever used either seitan or Tempeh because I just ate lentils, grains and sea vegetables. How do I cook this stuff?

Thanks,

Kate x

Hi Kate,

Seitan goes great in stews, stir fry, or my favorite way is to make a seitan loaf then slice it really thinly on top of brown rice so it's almost like a greek gyro. Tempeh is a good breakfast sub for bacon. It is also great in sandwiches.
