Omega-3 DHA-EPA???

Need some input - I have been vegan since August of last year, and doing great (lost 15 lbs and 2 pant sizes!). Anyhoo, I'm a bit confused about the Omega fatty acids. I had been vegetarian for about 15 years prior.

I've been eating pretty healthy trying to eat lots of veggies, grains, etc and I do eat a fair amount of soy. I thought about ordering a vegan Omega 3 DHP-EPA supplement and also Borage Oil supplement for the Omega 6.

Any thoughts on this? I don't want to "over" supplement with these - if that's possible. I take a B12 supplement and a daily vitamin.

Here is a fantastic site to surf around on for questions like yours. I've added a link to some algae based DHA supplements.

Thanks so much - great site! I wasn't sure if I just needed to include more flax seeds/oil but after seeing this I think the microalgae DHA is the way to go. I will order a supplement this week.
