Good Road Trip Food

Hi Everyone! I'm new to the site and recently became vegan. I am absolutely loving all of my newly discovered flavors and the way I feel - not only emotionally, but physically!

Next week we are taking a 10 hour road trip. I'm at a loss for what to put in the car for food. Last time I took a road trip I made ham and cheese sandwiches, which just doesn't sound appealing at all at this point.

What are some good ideas that people have for the car? I would like to eat as healthy as possible, but since I'm driving something that will make me feel full would be great.

Thanks Everyone!

Fresh veggies, things like broccoli, carrot sticks, cellery, cut up peppers. Maybe some vegan dip if you don't mind the prospect of spillage.

Fruit, fresh of dried. Sushi (like Alecia's sushi rolls from the book), vegan crackers and peanut butter. Roasted chickpeas.

Thats all I can think of now without pulling out my vegan cooking binder.
