Visited Heavenly in Glasgow Scotland recently when i was there, which is a vegan restaurant/bar. Good food and a must visit if you are in Glasgow. I did a little review.
Heavenly Glasgow Scotland
That is so great! I agree with you that there are very few veggie options in probably most communities. Our health food store has a cafe where lunch and green juices/smoothies etc...are offered and they they do use very good organic ingedients even they do not have many veggie choices. Today I noticed out of 5 soups offered I dont think any were vegan and most had either chicken or sausage in them. Kind of weird for a high quality health food cafe. But your Heavenly loooks lovely. Wish I could see Glasgow!
Yeah it is so annoying to be health conscious and try to eat out, so when you come across a vegan restaurant i end up feeling like a kid in a candy shop lol.
Haha yeah real sausage shouldn't be anywhere near any health food store cafe.
Glasgow is nice, Edinburgh is probably nicer if you were visiting though, which is where most go for in Scotland. Although if im right Edinburgh doesn't have any dedicated vegan restaurants

Hi there
I know this thread is a little old now but I just wanted to say that unfortunately Heavenly in Glasgow closed last week. I was trying to check out their menu online and got the message. I'm so disappointed i didn't get a chance to try it.
There is a new veggie/vegan cafe in Aviemore called the Mountain Cafe which is just amazing. I'm going there next week and totally recommend it. ;-)
