Kindle Edition for non US?

Is there any chance of having The Kind Diet available in Kindle format for those who live outside the US? I would love to bring an electronic copy with me when I'm travelling but the amazon.com website says that it's not available in my country (Australia) due to copyright issues. Is there a release date coming up for this? Thanks :)
