I have recently become a vegetarian but I'm really interested in being Vegan. I'm reading your book but I'm scared to make the transition into the Kind Life. Do you have any tips for me in not being scared and for making that leap? The Kind Life has been so inspirational...and I've only read the introduction to the book!
Also, what kinds of exercises do you do to stay in shape while being vegan/vegetarian?
