I exactly don't know about a market of the UK, but here in US I used to have Sheffa foods products which are natural and nutritious too. Always try to read the labels on food products, Keep in mind that lots of foods contain unwanted ingredients which are not helpful for our body. But Sheffa's product don't add isolated nutrients in the product to boost the nutrient profile. Therefore they are natural and that’s really how our bodies were intended to thrive.

Hi Nic,

Whereabouts do you live? If you're in the northwest I can give you some ideas of where to go. If you don't like Pure, have you tried Suma or Biona spread? I quite like the Suma one because it's quite soft and I don't think it's as harsh as Pure. For cheese, the best commerical brand I've tasted is Vegusto which is delish but it's expensive (about £4 a pack). You could try making your own cheese- the cashew feta recipes are really easy and really yummy. I agree that I like Redwoods for their 'junk' style food but where I am the only place that seems to stock it is Holland and Barrett who are quite pricey. YOu could try Tofutti cream cheeses if you havn't already. And gotta big up up Booja booja- lov them! x
