Homemade Vegan Valentine Cookies

So, I made some valentine cookies (Sugar cookies) with some yummy icing. I never tried this receipe before, but this is simply incredible. Better than regular cookies...it was so simple to make them.


I was also surprised when I mentioned the cookies are vegan! quite funny.


Would be nice if I could post a picture.
