Soy Free vs Organic Earth Balance Butter

Hello Kind Lifers!


I was just wondering if anyone has an opinion about which is better for you . . . Soy Free Earth Balance Butter, or Organic Earth Balance Butter??


I've tried finding Organic Soy Free, but it just isn't out there (at least not where I've been looking).


Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Lori,


I found the Soy Free Earth Balance Butter at the commissary on base, but I think I have also seen it at Sprouts. I started off with the Organic and then bought the Soy Free because they were out of the Organic. I can't really tell the difference in the taste from one to the other, as to which one is healthier for you I am not quite sure.
