Hey there!!!

So I've recently moved to New York City and between working out, walking and the very little extra time on my hands, my diet has sort of slipped. For the past 5 days now I've felt a very suttle dizziness/head nausea, and a bit of overall body weakness as well. I believe that I am low on iron/B12.

SO... I went to Organic Avenue today (a raw juice chain) and purchased a couple of different juices as well as the B12 supplement Sublingual.

Sublingual B12 is an instant acting 6 hour energy tablet. I have done very minimal research on it but what I did find from the drug company that distributes it (wellgenixhealth.com) is that no statement attached to this supplement has been evaluated by the FDA. Word for word it states on the package:

"This product is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. The efficacy of this product has not been confirmed by research, and traditional use does not establish that this product will achieve any claimed results."

So I took this tablet about an hour ago now and I do feel better, not 100%... still spacey but not as shakey... however I also drank a Cashew Hemp Mylk (Purified Alkaline Water, Dates, Irish Moss, Cashew, Hemp Seeds, Himalayan Salt) and had a raw Kale Salad.

What I'm wondering is... HAS ANYONE USED THIS PRODUCT?! Or know of a B12 supplement that would be better than Sublingual B12, and can be used on a daily basis?!

I plan on purchasing the bigger box tomorrow however I would like to make sure that I am investing in the best B12 supplement possible.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you so much:)
