ok, background info. i've been vegan for 2 1/2 years. i have a 12 yr old and a 15 month old. i'm still nursing, about 4 times a day (for short periods) i've got 10 lbs that are holding on tight...and won't let go! i'm looking for a bit of a meal plan...some really good suggestions. we're also trying to conceive, so the faster this could come off the better...since it will be coming back anyway:) i start my day (almost all) with the vanilla chai vega whole meal smoothie. lunch is normally a homemade soup (generally lentil) with carrots and hummus and maybe a sprouted corn mini tortilla to dip as well. dinner varies... and i'd be lying if i said i wasn't snacking quite a bit too. nuts are my biggest weakness!! and nut butters...i can't get enough! they really do seem to make me feel satiated. rice cake with peanut or almond butter.. i find i get light headed mid afternoon...i find im hungry just way too much!! somebody please...hook me up with some assistance!
