Tofu with shake and bake

I am looking for a recipe that uses Tofu with Shake and Bake as the breading. I looked at two supermarkets today and Shake and Bake was the only "bread crumb" I could find that did not have milk and/or eggs in it. =/ I am trying to make my son some Tofu "nuggets". Thanks! =)
