So I am Vegan, have a Vita mix and juicer and have favorite soups, juices and smoothies that I make, BUT I am undergoing extensive dental surgery at the moment and have been put on a full liquid diet for about three weeks. I am using a little of the time to do a detox and juice fast but need to keep up a fairly balanced and healthful diet. I am in need of recipes that I could try to expand my horizons and wondered if any of you lovely people had any ideas of things that I could try to get a bit of variety in my diet. I can basically get away with the consistancey of baby food but nothing where I am required to actually chew too hard. Many Thanks
