Retraining your body/eating habits

Hi All, I recently went on a ski trip and my appetite changed due to the constant exercise I was getting. Since I've been home, I've been eating like I am still exercising 5 hours a day. Help! How do I re-train my body and reset my old appetite? What tips do you have? I've tried distraction and drinking more water. Need something else...Thanks all!
