Zinc and a Vegan Diet

How does everyone get adequate Zinc in their diet and adeqaute absorption?

I am doing an article soon on Zinc and vegan diet. About the issues such as how rich copper is which is an Zinc antagonist.


Beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, tofu are some rich sources of Zinc. Quinoa also has an impressive Zinc content for being a "grain".
