Legoland & San Diego, CA area

I am planning a trip for my family to go to San Diego for Easter this year. I want to take the children to Legoland and a few other places that are not Vegan Friendly. It appears some of the places are not even that vegetarian friendly. I was looking for advice on where to buy some premade foods to bring a lunch with me? I noticed there is a Whole Foods Market. I am pregnant and do not want to be starving during the trip. Allowing the girls to eat meat is not an option for me.
We will be visiting Evolution at some point. I am very excited about a place like this. There are no places that serve vegan shakes in Berks County, PA. I will probably have to stop somewhere else on the way for my carnivore hubby. My children eat primarily vegan but sometimes vegetarian. Devine Pastabilities sounds good and has options for everyone. Stephanie's Place seems to have some breakfast and lunch options. Pizza Fusion appears to be a very good choice where we all will have options. Plus my hubby loves pizza. ZPizza may be another possibility.
We most likely will be in the San Diego area for 6 days of eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Are there any other restaurants that would make everyone in my family happy? My children are 2 and 4 so they and my husband are not really into Mexican food. I know there would be some options there. We do like Chinese.
Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions/advice.
I am disappointed that you didn't get more responses on this, but it seems you provided names, at least...we will be heading to San Diego and LegoLand soon. I am gluten free and my son is low-yeast and casein free, so we are pretty limited! GOing to have to prepare meals in advance, I think!
