Digestion...so, not a popular topic but it seems no matter how I eat I have such trouble eliminating...even when my daily food looks like this: raspberries, blueberries and pistacios for breakfast, veggie-kale soup for lunch, peanut butter and apple snack and roasted vegetables & hummus for dinner...I do not like most processed foods (not even vegan-just too many steps from earth to table) so I stay away from those and most grains as well as they don't tend to agree with me (gas/bloating/ weight gain). So, it is a challenge and overwhelming to learn a whole new world of eating and still not feel great...I'm looking for answers--not the "take a fiber supplement" kind...but actual real food, healthy wisdom that works...thank you for your consideration-I'm interested in learning...(and yes I've tried plums, prunes, etc..beans do not agree with me-bloating and discomfort...I like them, they don't like me...see? It's been challenging...)
