I love having miso soup for breakfast with Mochi croutons. I pretty much follow Alicia's recipe exactly, and I was just wondering if anyone has tried different combinations of veggies in the soup? If so, I'd love to hear about them!
I love freeze dried veggies added in. and lots of cilantro and mint
Freeze dried veggies is a good idea, I bet that saves time! And I love cilantro and mint, but never thought of adding them to miso soup. I'll have to try that, thanks for sharing!
