Miami!

I may have the opportunity to spend a few days in Miami this coming fall. While it is a long way off, I'm enjoying a little gratuitous daydreaming about the possibilities. Does anyone have any must-try restaurants in the Miami area? Not too far from the Fontainebleue?

Miami is really very nice destination and I have searched so much about the place but never get time to travel there. I am looking forward to the destiination this year for vacations.
