Angela, There are many uses for TVP. You just rehydrate with whichever broth you like, or water, according to the package. I've had it as the "meat" in sloppy joes, or you can use it in spaghetti. Recently I used it in some homemade potstickers. You can be creative. I like to rehydrate it with "not beef" broth (Edward and Sons brand) that I get from Whole foods.
