Hey superheroes! I'm wondering if any of you have any suggestions on what to add to my macro diet to help build up muscle. (p.s. excuse my muscle misspell in the title area :P)
amp up clean proteins like lentils and magic sea veggies for iron!
I agree with Katie - definitely lentils and sea veggies and millet is great too.
If you want to build more muscle, add something into a smoothie then try brown rice protein powder as a last resort...:)
