Didn't know where to put this, so I've just suck it here.
I've been transitioning into veganism for the past week and a half (no meat or eggs at all, and most days no dairy, although once or twice I did slip up). The first week my appetite was either the same or slightly above normal (didn't really notice), but this second week, I'll eat a small breakfast and then maybe a piece of fruit for a snack and will be full until dinner. Same with dinner. For example, I had cauliflower and half a bowl of salad, and 5+ hours later, I still feel so full.
Anyone else experience this?
