Lichen Sclerosus

I'm 23 years old and I was recently diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus, an auto immune condition that can effect the genital area and other areas in women and in men. I was wondering if anyone has had experience treating this condition with a vegan diet!
I too was recently diagnosed with a mild form of Lichen Sclerosus in January. While I am not fully vegan I am vegetarian. I also would be interested in knowing if a vegan diet can help. I am sure it would. I had to use a steroid cream for a few weeks which worked for me. But I would rather keep it from coming back with a good diet :)
