I ate vegan for a few months before becoming pregnant with my third child...during the pregnancy and nursing I did not eat vegan. I am done nursing and am excited to be back to eating vegan again. It's only been about a week now but I'm feeling so good. We're going to my in-laws for Easter. For family/friend gatherings I usually just bring my own food or a dish to share but being so new to this again, I do not know what to bring for brunch. I need something fairly inexpensive, that travels well (45 minutes), and that feeds a crowd. I love sharing vegan dishes that surprise all my meat-eating family and friends. Thanks for any ideas:) Ellie

We're doing a brunch too! I'm making an "easy peasy pasta salad" from chef chloes new book and aliciaa biscuits (with fresh blueberries) from the kind diet :)

Nothing much, just some eggs and brownies.
