I am a 33 year old mother of three and my I'm assuming my metabolism isn't what it used to be. I weigh 120 and am 5'4 but my belly and thighs are a lot bigger & those lovely love handles...I don't want to lose weight but would like to lose the belly and thigh fat and tone up..I have tried cutting back on carbs and I don't really eat any sweets...Just need some advice on what exercises to do...I do well with dvds but there are so many to choose from...any advice? Thanks!

I like Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 and the 30 Day Shred.

If you subscribe to Netflix there are several videos on watch now. I like the Crunch Super Slimdown Pilates, Bootcamp, and the Self Magazine workouts. It's nice having a variety to stream.

Hope this helps!

Hi, I am turning 37 in May & my metabolism has slowed also. I LLLOOOVVVEE this video "Turbo jam", it's the best. The instructor isn't annoying & there are 5 different workouts. The one is only 20 mins but you will be dripping when you are done. I've been doing these pretty much exclusively (I have a power pilates toning I throw in here & there) but it does great & it's FUN! I don't force myself to do it I truely enjoy it. It's online I paid $65, worth double it's great.

to reduce belly fat you do some work out because work out is the best way to burn and fight with overweight. also try to stay active in a whole day by keeping busy in any task. Negelct all the junk foods. You did well to avoid sweets. Drink more water.
