A lot of people that I talk to go by the 80/10/10 rule which states no more then 10 % fats, and if you are feeling gross, then bring it down to 5% fats. There is an app called cronometer which has a chart that will tell you the percentage of fats and protein of everything you are eating. You dont have to do it forever, but if you record what you are eating for a week or two then it will give you a good idea. Good Luck!
